Payment Policy

At SostaBiz, we are committed to making your B2B wholesale transactions secure, seamless, and transparent. This Payment Policy outlines all the key rules and guidelines related to payments on our platform, applicable to both Stores (Retailers) and Pilots (Manufacturers).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support a variety of secure and convenient payment options for your transactions:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Bank Transfers (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS)
  • SostaBiz Wallet Balance (for eligible users)

Note: All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

2. Payment Timing & Order Confirmation

  • Instant Payment: Orders placed through UPI, card, or wallet are confirmed immediately.
  • Bank Transfers: Orders are confirmed once the payment is received and verified.
  • SostaBiz Wallet: Users can use wallet balance for quick and instant checkouts.

Once payment is confirmed, the manufacturer will receive the order notification and begin processing.

3. Advance Payments & Minimum Order Value

  • Most transactions on SostaBiz are 100% prepaid, unless otherwise agreed upon between store and manufacturer.
  • Manufacturers may set Minimum Order Values (MOV) for specific products or categories. Please check the product page before placing orders.

4. Invoicing and Tax Compliance

  • Invoices will be auto-generated and available in your Order History.
  • All invoices are GST-compliant, showing applicable tax details.
  • Buyers must ensure that their GSTIN (if applicable) is updated in their profile for tax input credit.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are processed if:

  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • The manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order.
  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or SostaBiz wallet, typically within 5–7 business days.

For partial or full cancellations initiated by the seller, refunds are processed automatically.

6. Dispute Resolution

If there is any discrepancy in the order value, product delivery, or payment status, you may:

  • Raise a support ticket via the Help Center.
  • Contact our 24/7 support team.
  • Escalate unresolved disputes through the in-app resolution center.

SostaBiz aims to resolve disputes fairly and transparently within 7 business days.

7. Transaction Charges

  • Buyers are not charged any transaction or processing fees by SostaBiz.
  • Sellers (Manufacturers) may be subject to platform fees or payment gateway deductions as per the terms agreed at the time of registration.

8. Security & Fraud Protection

  • All payment activities are protected by SSL encryption and fraud detection protocols.
  • We never store your card or bank details without your consent.
  • Transactions are monitored for unusual or unauthorized activity.

9. Important Notes

  • Do not make any payments outside the SostaBiz platform. We do not take responsibility for any loss arising from off-platform transactions.
  • Always verify the seller's profile and product listings before placing a high-value order.
  • SostaBiz reserves the right to update the payment policy without prior notice. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification.
