Welcome to SostaBiz! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SostaBiz platform, including our mobile apps, website (https://sostabiz.com), and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using SostaBiz, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SostaBiz, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not access the platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this platform. Business users must have valid business credentials.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account as either a:

• Store (Retailer) or
• Pilot (Manufacturer)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated business information.
• Use the platform only for lawful B2B transactions.
• Not use the platform to engage in fraud, abuse, or any illegal activity.

SostaBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms.

5. Product Listings & Pricing

• Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
• SostaBiz is not responsible for pricing errors or incorrect information submitted by sellers.
• Prices displayed are wholesale and may vary based on quantity tiers, logistics, or quotations.

6. Orders, Payments & Fulfillment

• All payments are processed securely through verified payment gateways.
• SostaBiz is not responsible for delays, product defects, or delivery issues caused by third-party logistics or sellers.
• Disputes between buyers and manufacturers should first be resolved through our in-platform communication. If not, SostaBiz may assist as a neutral third-party.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Each seller has their own refund, return, and cancellation policy. Retailers must review these before placing orders. SostaBiz does not issue refunds directly unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and code on the SostaBiz platform are the property of SostaBiz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.

9. User Content

Users may upload product images, store logos, reviews, and other content. You grant SostaBiz a non-exclusive license to display and use such content on the platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems on the platform.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Collect or harvest data without consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, products, or business.

11. Suspension and Termination

SostaBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these terms.
• Engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Is inactive or flagged for policy violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

SostaBiz is not liable for:

• Losses from interrupted services or platform errors.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data or profits from using the platform.

13. Privacy

All personal and business data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices.

14. Modifications

SostaBiz may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai.
