📦1. Shipping Methods

SostaBiz offers flexible shipping options based on product type, manufacturer location, and delivery address:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for most orders; delivery within 5–10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: For select products and regions; delivery within 2–4 business days.
  • Partner Fulfillment: Certain manufacturers may offer direct dispatch from their warehouses.

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, natural events, or based on product availability.

🕒2. Processing Time

  • Manufacturers (Pilots) are required to dispatch products within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Bulk or custom orders may take additional time; in such cases, the estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page or communicated directly.

📍3. Shipping Locations

  • Currently, SostaBiz supports deliveries across India.
  • We are continuously working to expand our logistics network to cover more pin codes and regions.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

💸4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the product size, weight, and manufacturer's location.
  • Charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Some manufacturers offer free shipping or discounted shipping for bulk orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email or within your dashboard. You can track your shipment using:

  • The "My Orders" section in the SostaBiz Store App or web dashboard.
  • Notifications for every stage of delivery (Dispatched → In Transit → Delivered).

  • All products are packed securely by the manufacturer to ensure they reach your store in perfect condition.
  • If you receive a package that is tampered with, damaged, or open, please contact support immediately before accepting it.

📄7. Invoice & Documentation

Each shipment will include:

  • A printed tax invoice
  • Any additional documentation required by law or for order verification

📋8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive for on-time delivery, certain situations may lead to delays:

  • Inaccurate address or contact information
  • Manufacturer-side production delay
  • Transport disruptions or lockdowns

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact our support team, and we'll investigate immediately.

  • SostaBiz monitors logistics compliance and assists in dispute resolution if needed.
